This is the process you must follow to successfully complete this assignment:

This assignment will be completed in class over the course of one week. Our class will be in the computer lab from Monday – Friday. To be successful, you must use your time each day wisely. You will have supplementary homework assignments late in the week.

The information and details presented in your biographies will come from the internet links found on the Resources page and your textbook.

Requirements:

You will create six biographies of American Progressives. For each bio you will focus on the specific problems each person faced, the actions they took to solve the problems, and the outcome of their fights for reform.
Please read over the AHPPA Guidelines to better understand the information gathering process.

Your biographies will be typed on the provided template. Some information has been included to guide you along. Your job is to include the missing information.

Any RED TEXT must be replaced with information found in your textbook and resources page.

You must add an additional photograph of each person in the provided box.

Template: Click here to download the template. Select Save as…and save the file to your X:\ drive. Rename the template to include your first and last name.

Your final product will be submitted electronically as an attachment via email to Mr. Malone.

Your final work will be graded based on the rubric found on the Evaluation page.
