The Court should rule with Plyler (the school). The schools are for legal U.S. residents. It isn't right for taxpayers to be burdened with supporting children of illegal aliens.

The Court should rule with the students. Just because their parents brought them to this country illegally, they (the children) should not be deprived of basic rights (like education).
