The Court should rule in favor of Casey (the state) in this case. The state has an interest in protecting the life of the unborn child. We are not outlawing abortion, just putting some restrictions on it so that it is an informed choice.

The Court should rule in favor of Planned Parenthood. Any restrictions on the woman's right to choose is a violation of her constitutional rights.
