The Court should rule in favor of Griswold. Teaching someone about the use of birth control is a personal matter and people have a right to privacy against government intrusion. This law is unconstitutional.

Argument #2
The Court should rule in favor of the state of Connecticut. A law exists which prohibits a certain action. There is no explicit right to privacy found in the Bill of Rights, therefore this law is valid.
