Quilici v. Morton Grove: Decision

The U.S. Court of Appeals upheld the District Court's decision and ruled in favor of the town of Morton Grove. The Court reasoned that the ordinance regulating firearms was valid under state and federal constitutions. The Supreme Court declined to hear the case, and so the lower-court ruling stands.
