Conclusion
Most of the illnesses
associated with Obesity do not manifest themselves until a person reaches middle age and is on their way to becoming elderly.
Adolescence by nature often fell that they are immune to the common problems
that plague their adult counter parts.
Besides the social and psychological implications surrounding obesity,
this sense of immunity is probably true.
However, things done in the dark often times comes to light for us in
the future. This is why it is important
for students to educate themselves about what obesity is and the things they
can do to help reduce the cases. Student
should practice good eating habits and come up with ways to maintain their
proper body weight. Through learning the
strategies to combat obesity, students can win the battle of the bulge by
living happier and healthier adult lives.
