Introduction
In
the 21st century, the Policy of the
Task
As
a member of the state departments public policy initiative group. You have been
selected to join the joint terrorist task force. You have been advised to
produce a blue print using the TIPS model on how to combat terrorism in the
You
have selected your own team of specialist (students); each group will work
closely with the other group. Each group has an area of expertise: There will
be 4 groups of which all will brief the teacher with the facts collated among
the groups and submitted by the group member. The different areas of terrorism
will be researched by these groups. The public policy initiative group on
counterterrorism will inform the American people through a spokesman on
Homeland Security.
