INTRODUCTION:
Engineers
are involved in many feats and are instrumental in the many of the decision
taken at many levels of government. They are, for the most part, called in as
consultants in many of the decisions of character technological. You will be
called to give your expert opinion in a vital decision. This problem is related
to a nuclear energy situation, of international dangerous consequences that
requires government intervention.

There are 109 nuclear power plants in the United States and most are aging rapidly. The White House gets a secret report that one of these power plants is in danger of failing. The power plant in question Is located near a large city of over 8 million inhabitants and was built over a geological fault, which could cause an earthquake. You have been called to share your expertise with a team of engineers and scientists to rectify this problem. Before you can help this special team you have to research the following:
