The Introduction

Definition of Bullying:

Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school aged children that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time. Both kids who are bullied and those who bully others may have serious, lasting problems

 

I.S. 126 is considered a safe school but bullying still occurs. You will be creating a PowerPoint on how to prevent bullying at our school. You will be presenting this PowerPoint in your ELA class.

 

 

The Task

Work with a partner.

 

1. Look on the web and find research on how to prevent bullying in schools.

2. You will be putting pictures and research that you find in your PowerPoint.

3. Present your PowerPoint to the class.
