What is the obesity epidemic we keep hearing about in the news, and how does it affect you and your community?

 

 

TASK

 

Your job is to research the rise in obesity rates among school age children, and to create personal health plan that reflects your knowledge on how to prevent obesity. Your final product will include:

            *The 6 completed Public Policy Analyst worksheets

            *Your own detailed health plan with two health goals related to maintaining a healthy body weight. This plan will cover   

              both nutrition and physical activity.
