Introduction

Eighty percent of smokers began smoking before the age of eighteen. Smoking is the leading preventable cause of death in the United States today. 

 

 

Task

Your class has been selected to serve as national policy makers in Washington D.C. dealing specifically with the problem of teenage smoking.  Following the PPA method, you and two other group members will complete the six public policy worksheets listed below, and ultimately propose your policy to the class in a PowerPoint presentation.
