Introduction:
Encouraging young children to develop healthy eating habits at home and in school can be very challenging. Many young children today are exposed to eating “Fast Food” at such young ages and by doing this they are not as eager to eat healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits, grains, and protein, which are important to ensure a child’s healthy growth and development.
