INTRODUCTION:

Congratulations! You have been hired by Ms. Forbes and Ms. Paulino to inform the students in PS/MS 206 about the problem of bullying. Kids who are bullied at school can have negative academic, emotional and physical issues. You will become researchers, problem solvers and presenters who will change the lives of all members of our school community!

TASK:

Kids who are bullied at school can have negative academic, emotional and physical issues.

 

     Task 1: Create a PowerPoint presentation that defines the problem and its causes and suggests a solution(s) that will be implemented in our school after Ms. Forbes and Ms. Paulino review your projects.

 

 

     Task 2: You will create a poster encouraging our school community to stop bullying.

 

*posters will be put up on our school hallways

CONCLUSION:

In this WebQuest you watched videos, looked at statistics and visited websites to learn more about bullying. You thought critically about existing policies and developed new solutions! You also created your own slide presentations and posters. You are researchers and activists who are concerned about bullying. Now groups will share their presentations and posters with the class. Ms. Forbes, Ms. Paulino and I thank you for all you do for our school community.
