INTRODUCTION:

   Video: Media Balance is Important 

Students today are using technology more often for instructional and entertainment purposes.  You and your classmates will learn about how often students are using devices and what are some healthy habits to maintain a balanced use of media devices.

 

TASK:

1- You will learn about the meaning of media balance use.

2- You will participate in a survey to find out how much time you are spending on devices.

3- You will create a media plan to practice healthy habits when using devices.
