Introduction

Did you know that the American Red Wolf is the only wolf species native to the United States? Unfortunately, it is also one of the 7 most endangered animals on the continent of North America. Many organizations are working to protect the red wolf, and they need your help!

Task

You will take on the role of a wildlife conservationist by going on a WebQuest. In this WebQuest, you and your group members will find out exactly what is happening to the red wolf by using the PPA steps. Make sure you answer the question in each step to show your understanding of the red wolf problem. At the end of the webquest, your group will come up with a solution to the problem.

Materials: Each student will need a note catcher to answer the questions in red.

Final Product: Each group will use flipgrid to present their findings and solution.

Duration: At least 3 class periods
