INTRODUCTION

Can you imagine a world without red pandas, tigers, or elephants? Many animals are now considered endangered due to human activity.  When species become extinct, there is an imbalance of the ecosystem, loss of potential medical treatments or cures and the enjoyment of seeing such beauty in the wilderness.

The World Wildlife Fund has asked our class to take action NOW and find solutions that address the problem of endangered animals in the world.

TASK

You will research an endangered animal and develop a plan to protect that animal. Your plan must address the causes of the extinction. You will create a Google Slides presentation individually.  It must include:

1)    Facts/Overview of your animal and why it is important to the ecosystem

2)   The problem the animal faces-What threats are affecting them or endangering them?

3)   Some possible solutions to this problem-How can humans help?
