INTRODUCTION
In
today’s society, diseases from lack of proper nutrition have sky-rocketed.
Heart disease, high blood pressure and obesity have affected each and every one
of us in some way .Our families are targeted by these killers. It is up to you
by eating the proper foods in your diet, you can prevent these diseases. Who do
you love that has been afflicted with a disease that could have been prevented?
You and your classmates have been selected to create a poster showing the
effects of how diseases and lack of proper nutrition are related.
You and a partner will create
a poster to educate the community about the dangers of improper nutrition
related to disease. You and your partner will present the poster and
information related your project to the class.
The food pyramid is a guide to our daily food choices.
These choices will ultimately keep us healthy. We need a certain number
servings of foods
