Step #5: What policies can you create to correct the problem?
Review the current policy in Step #4. Can it be improved? Can the disadvantages of the current policy be eliminated with a new policy? Can the advantages of the current policy be strengthened? Examples include tougher penalties, more education about the problem, clearer guidelines, etc.
