This film was developed as a reenactment of the convention held to ratify the Constitution in New York State.  The use of blending modern day media (circa late 1980’s) and TV personalities and journalists provides for a program that is bound to capture the interest of your students while imparting a great deal of accurate historical content on the issues that confronted the convention and also the issues facing the new nation, and the sharp divisions among the federalists and anti-federalists.
