  2. 2) Can you think of ways in which the CIPA ruling could be used by the Government in non-computer matters in public libraries? Describe.
  3. 3) Do you think CIPA will have a "chilling" effect on some library patrons? That is, will some patrons not request the filters be turned off because of potential embarrassment?
