The Facts of Florida v. Riley:
A county sheriff received a tip that the accused party was growing marijuana in his backyard. Unable to see inside the greenhouse behind the mobile home of the accused, the sheriff circled over the property in a helicopter and saw marijuana growing inside the greenhouse. A warrant was obtained and marijuana was found in the greenhouse. The accused tried to have the evidence suppressed since he had a reasonable expectation that his activities within the greenhouse would remain private, The Florida Supreme Court agreed.
