The Scheidler v. N.O.W. Decision:
The Court ruled 8-1 infavor of Scheidler. They decided that the antiabortion protestors' actions do not fall under the RICO laws since they did not directly profit from their actions. Scheidler did not commit extortion because they did not obtain property from the businesses they were protesting.
