Owasso School District v. Falvo Follow Up Questions:
  1. Do you think it's okay for teachers to have fellow students grade and report other students' work? Is it okay for teachers to have a student solve a difficult problem on the blackboard?
  2. What other ways could the teacher/school have dealt with Falvo's complaints?
  3. In some schools students who have not received a minimum grade cannot participate in sports or other extracurricular activities. The schools do not give out this information, but it's clear to people that the student in question received a poor grade. Is this similar to the Falvo situation? Why or why not?

(If your teacher has asked you to type responses to these questions, typing space and a print key are located below.)
