The Court should rule in favor of the government (Von Raab) in this case.
Because some of them carry firearms and in order to protect the safety of fellow
officers and effectively combat the flow of drugs, some of the agents who work
in certain positions must be tested for drug use.
Argument #2
The Court should rule in favor of the employees (National) in this case. There
is no probable cause that gives the government reason to demand that some of its
employees submit to drug testing. This is an intrusion on those worker's
privacy.
