Argument #1
The Court should rule in favor of the school district. The school should not
allow the religious organization to use the school's facilities because this
would be in violation with the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment.
Argument #2
The Court should rule that the school must allow Lamb's Chapel to use the
school's facilities. This will take place after school hours. Also, by not
allowing the religious organization to use its facilities, the school would be
discriminating against the organization solely based on its religious nature,
which would be counter to the First Amendment's restricting of the government
from hindering religion.
