  1. If the newspaper was student run and had no affiliation with the school, could it have been distributed on school grounds?
  2. If the principal censored the newspaper because it ran a political editorial that some people disagreed with, would there have been a problem?
  3. Would you have allowed the newspaper to be printed with the controversial stories, if a disclaimer was also included that made it clear that the paper did not reflect the opinions of school officials?
