The Court rule in favor of the Nationalist Movement. The large fee placed on the Movement in order to obtain a permit to hold a march is prohibitively high. It was done in order to deter the group from marching because the government did not like the message the group espouses.

The Court should rule for Forsyth County since the have the authority to issue permits for groups wanting to march. And the government calculated that it would cost more to provide adequate security for the group to march. Therefore, they charged a higher fee for the permit in this case.
