The Court should rule in favor of the Board of Education. The Plessy v. Furguson decision said that it was legal to have separate facilities for the races as long as they were equal.

The Court should rule in favor of Brown. She should not have to attend a school when another school is closer. Separate facilities are inherently unequal. Linda Brown is being denied an equal education since her school is run down and overcrowded.
