Wisconsin v. Yoder : Arguments

Argument #1
The Court should rule in favor of Yoder. The things that his children will learn in High School are values which go against many of the Amish' religious beliefs. The Yoder children will have enough education in order to function in Amish society.

Argument #2
The Supreme Court should rule in favor of the state of Wisconsin. The reason the state requires compulsory education until the age of 16 is in order to look out for the well being of children. They need to be educated in order to make informed choices about things.
