Webster v. Reproductive Services: Decision

The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 that the Court need not pass on the constitutionality of the preamble, and the provisions prohibiting the use of public facilities and employees to perform or assist abortions not necessary to save the mother's life did not contravene the Supreme Court's abortion decisions.
