Florida v. Riley: Decision

The Supreme Court in a 5-4 vote reversed the decision arguing that the accused did not have a reasonable expectation that the greenhouse was protected from observation from a helicopter, and decided that therefore the helicopter surveillance did not constitute a search under the Fourth Amendment.
