Florida v. Riley: Arguments

Argument #1

The Court should rule in favor of Florida in this case. The police did not need a warrant to fly over Riley's house since that is public space and anything viewed from public space does not require a warrant to be admissible in court.

Argument #2

The Court should rule in favor of Riley. The police made should have obtained a warrant when they flew over Riley's house. Riley has an expectation of privacy in his own house.
