1) Would it have made a difference when the school was HIRING teachers if they had chosen Williams over Taxman? Why, or why not?

2) If there had been another minority teacher already in the department, would this have changed your mind about whether or not to support Taxman? Why, or why not? What if Williams was male?

3) If you were the school board could you have come up with another solution to this problem? (i.e. A different criteria upon which to base your decision.)
