1) If the Pentagon Papers had contained information up to 1971, would you have decided the case differently?

2) Does the fact that the Pentagon Papers were illegally taken from the Defense Department figure into your opinion on this case?

3) Is it a violation of the separation of powers when the Court decided whether the information in the Pentagon Papers was vital to the national security of the United States?
