Near v. Minnesota: Follow Up Questions

1) What other ways could the state (and officials) dealt with the newspaper?

 2) Can you think of any cases where prior restraint would be constitutional? If yes, then give some examples.

 3) One of the reasons that the Court ruled in favor of Near was because the law placed the burden of proof on the newspaper. What if the burden was placed on the authorities issuing the injunction? And what if they were successful in showing the falsity of the newspaper's articles?
