Argument #1
  The Court should rule in favor of Frederick. The banner did not disrupt the educational process of the school. Students have a right to free speech even if they use it for controversial, non-school-approved speech displays.
 

Argument #2
  The Court should rule in favor of Morse. The incident took place during a school-sanctioned event. The banner advocated an illegal activity which the school has the authority to limit. Frederick is free to display his banner when he is outside of the school's jurisdiction.
