1) Should the death penalty apply to non murder cases? Which ones?
2) Exceptions from the death penalty have been made on the basis of insanity and age, are there any other possible exemptions that you can think of?
3) Should those who did not physically murder someone be subject to the death penalty (i.e. the driver of a getaway car in which a person was killed by members of the gang)?
