Hazelwood v. Kuhlmeier: Follow Up Questions

1) If the newspaper was student run and had no affiliation with the school, could it have been distributed on school grounds?

2) If the principal censored the newspaper because it ran a political editorial that some people disagreed with, would there have been a problem?

3) Would you have allowed the newspaper to be printed with the controverisal stories, if a disclaimer was also included that made it clear that the paper did not reflect the opinions of school officials?
